missingWrote a review on Nov 27rude stafflack of amenities
My stay was marred by poor customer service and rude staff interactions. I encountered issues with check-in, as the front desk wasn't accommodating despite prior communication. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like coffee-making facilities was disappointing, leaving us searching for options elsewhere.

The bed was incredibly comfy, like sleeping on clouds! 😴 The location was perfect—close to Villa Borghese, but the traffic noise was a bit much. Overall, nice vibes, but cleaning could be better.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room for 4 nights and the design was super nice—high ceilings and cool wooden floors. The bathroom had a modern vibe with black tiles and updated fixtures. The room felt spacious and clean, and the AC worked great! They offered breakfast with some nice pastries, but no coffee in the room was a bummer. Also, the entry was kinda confusing at first, but the staff were really helpful. Overall, a cozy stay.
